The purpose of the Pyrotechnic Artists of Texas Inc. is the encouragement of artful design and enjoyment in the assembly and display of professional (1.3G) and consumer (1.4G) fireworks. Our mission is to provide demonstrations and training for present and future generations.
We believe that fireworks are for artful entertainment purposes only. We do not condone the creation or use of any pyrotechnics for unlawful reasons. Fireworks are classified as explosives by Federal and State authorities and are regulated accordingly. There are severe criminal penalties for deliberate misuse of fireworks. It should be understood there are inherent dangers involved in the use of pyrotechnic materials and individuals inexperienced in their use are cautioned to seek training from licensed professionals.
